Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, and other operational factors. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next available business day.

Once an order has been processed for shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery options will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Shipping availability, rates, and estimated transit times may vary based on:

• Delivery destination
• Package size and weight
• Selected shipping method
• Carrier availability
• Weather conditions
• Holidays and other circumstances outside our control

Any delivery dates or transit times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Advantage Research is not responsible for delays, losses, additional shipping costs, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us immediately. We will attempt to assist you, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Delivery Delays

Advantage Research is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, government actions, incorrect addresses, or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing delivery issues.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s procedures and policies.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that we can review the tracking information and, where appropriate, assist with a carrier claim.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers should first check the delivery location, nearby areas, household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.

Advantage Research is not responsible for theft or loss occurring after a carrier has confirmed successful delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Returned Packages

Packages may be returned to us due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal of delivery
• Unclaimed shipments
• Other carrier-related delivery issues

If a package is returned to Advantage Research, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.

 

All shipping is USPS Priority Padded Envelope with Adult Signature Confirmation.

Monday–Thursday: Orders received by 12:00 PM (Noon) MST ship the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM ship the next business day.

Thursday after 12:00 PM – Sunday: Orders ship the next business day (usually Monday, excluding federal or bank holidays).

 

Product Inspection

We recommend inspecting your shipment promptly after delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect product, contact us promptly at peptides@advantageresearchsupply.com with your order information and photographs of the product and packaging.
