At Advantage Research, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable service to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, safety, and proper storage conditions, the following refund and return policy applies to all purchases.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of our products and the inability to verify storage, handling, or environmental conditions after an order has been delivered, all sales are generally considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been successfully delivered in the condition in which they were shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your shipment.

To help us review your claim, you may be required to provide:

• Your order number
• Your name and email address
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Photographs of any visible damage
• Any other information reasonably required to investigate the claim

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, Advantage Research may, at its discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected product.

Please do not discard damaged products or original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if the cancellation request is received before the order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Advantage Research is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building management, and the shipping carrier.

Advantage Research will assist with eligible shipping claims where reasonably possible. However, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and other non-product charges may be non-refundable unless the refund results from an error made by Advantage Research.
